Terms and Conditions
All sales are considered final, and no refunds, credits or product replacements will be offered for ENU purchases unless the product is damaged in shipment. ENU Nutrition products are food items, or supplements, and once they leave our facility we can no longer verify that they have not been tampered with and therefore we cannot accept returns from customers.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PEOPLE WHO ORDER “THICK ENU”: The “Thick ENU” product is a limited availability item, and requires dilution to drink. It is a concentrated “pudding-like” consistency, and is safe to use, but requires additional mixing by the user. We will not offer any refunds, product credits, or accept returns for this product item. All sales are final.
Trovita Health Science will offer product replacements for damaged items and any requests related to damaged items must be made within 10 days of the item shipping to the customer. Trovita Health Science will not accept product returns unless specifically authorized prior to shipment by speaking with our customer service department.
If an order is canceled prior to shipment, or the company otherwise authorizes an exception to the refund policy, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed prior to issuing a refund.
For orders over $100 that originally qualified for free shipping and were shipped from our distribution center to the customer, the actual shipping charges incurred by Trovita will be deducted, in addition to any restocking fees, prior to issuing a refund.
