By placing an order on enu-nutrition.com, you agree to be contacted by ENU with details about your order and other communications by email, including special discounts and newsletters. You can opt out of this communication at any time.
ENU Nutrition products are food items, or supplements, and once they leave our facility we can no longer verify that they have not been tampered with and therefore we cannot accept returns from customers. We will issue refunds or replacement for items damaged during shipping. Refunds will not be offered for items that have been opened or partially used.
Any refund or product replacement requests related to damaged items must be made within 10 days of the item shipping to the customer. Please call 855-266-6733, option 0 to speak with a customer service professional.
If an order is canceled prior to shipment, or the company otherwise authorizes an exception to the refund policy, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed prior to issuing a refund. Items that are returned to the company after the product has shipped, but not yet delivered to the customer may be returned, but the customer will be charged for the shipping and fees related to the return, in addition to the 15% re-stocking fee.
